Job summary

Netgear is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV, to serve as a technical expert supporting ProAV solutions across the South Central U.S. This remote position requires up to 60% travel. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in networking systems and AV-over-IP technologies. Responsibilities include onboarding U.S. customers, providing technical training, and troubleshooting complex AV-over-IP systems. Strong knowledge of multicast networking and AVB is critical. Experience in a Solutions Architect role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems or AV-over-IP technologies.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching fundamentals.
• Field experience troubleshooting AV-over-IP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for U.S. customers implementing NETGEAR ProAV solutions.
• Provide advanced on-site troubleshooting for high-profile customers.
• Support Sales and Business Development teams with solution design.
