Job summary

New Era Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate AV, life safety, and large venue projects for the GVC Division.

You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to scope and budget, and high customer satisfaction while serving as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in technology, with a focus on profitability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology project management (AV, security, etc.).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong budgeting and profitability metrics knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules using ERP and ConnectWise.
• Schedule staff and subcontractors and manage workflows.
• Monitor budgets, milestones, and profitability; ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee all phases from initiation to closeout with quality and compliance.
