Job summary

Eastern Shawnee Companies, LLC is looking for a Lead AV/IT Technician to manage daily technical operations on-site at Fort Leonard Wood. You will lead technician activities, provide advanced troubleshooting support, and maintain AV/IT equipment and systems. This position requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Key certifications include CompTIA Network+ or Security+, with preferred knowledge in AV control system programming. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AV/IT field technician or system integration experience required.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required.
• Knowledge of network switches, IT systems, and VTC platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technician operations and supervise daily technical assignments.
• Provide advanced Tier 2 troubleshooting and equipment repair.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV/IT equipment, networks, and control systems.
