Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Workplace Audio Visual & IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end AV/IT deployments across multiple locations in the United States. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to develop plans, estimate budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, design review, and governance of workplace technology standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management work experience in AV systems integration, IT infrastructure deployment, or corporate technology delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret AV drawings, scopes of work, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AV/IT projects from planning through post-project documentation.
• Develop strategic plans, timelines, and major requirements for deployments.
• Prepare budgets and collaborate with Finance for capital approvals.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and vendor performance across locations.
