Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, AV technology, electronics or engineering.
• 5+ years of PM experience in AV/IT deployments or corporate tech delivery.
• Experience with AV/IT deployments for Corporate Offices, Factories, and Distribution Centers.
• Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to read AV drawings and construction drawings.
• PMP preferred; CTS required within 180 days of employment.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AV/IT projects from planning to post-project closeout.
• Develop strategic plans, timelines, and high-level budgets.
• Prepare estimates and budget packages for capital approvals.
• Collaborate with procurement to issue RFPs, solicit bids, and select vendors.
• Coordinate with design teams, integrators, and suppliers on layouts.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and logs; run progress meetings.
• Ensure permits, COIs, and approvals are obtained.
• Manage technology standards and governance for workplace systems.
• Provide in-office AV support for meetings and events.
