Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Technical PM in Mountain View, CA to deliver end-to-end integration projects for office deployments. The role requires managing IT infrastructure deployments (AV, networking, cabling) and coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.

You will plan, monitor, and drive project milestones, lead cross-functional teams, and maintain quality and safety standards while building new offices or expanding existing spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years in Project Management at a technology company with 2-3 years in construction-related experience.
• Oversee structured cabling design and vendor installation from implementation to first day of business.
• Experience deploying IT infrastructure including AV systems and networking equipment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and on-budget solutions.
• Ability to develop and execute a product roadmap and proactively address obstacles.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects through delivery, directing teams and coordinating stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and develop standards aligned with project schedules.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor milestones across technical staff.
• Lead regular project meetings to track progress and resolve questions.
• Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff.
• Update and maintain production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
• Coordinate vendors with client teams and external partners.
