Job summary

Avidex is seeking a Senior Audiovisual (AV) Project Manager in Nashua, NH. You will lead large-scale AV/IT projects from planning through closeout, including new construction and tenant improvements ranging from $100K to $3M+.

You will coordinate with clients, installers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AV/IT project management, strong skills in scope, budget, schedule, risk, and team leadership, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project management in AV/IT, tech integration, or construction.
• Experience with large-scale AV/IT programs and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AV/IT projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership to project teams throughout lifecycle.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
