Avidex is seeking an AV/IT Field Engineer II to join our team in Nashua, NH. You will perform field commissioning, configuration, programming, testing, and documentation for integrated AV/IT systems, ensuring readiness for client acceptance and smooth handover.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AV/IT field engineering support experience.
• Experience with AV/IT systems including audio, video, and control.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide field engineering support across configuration, programming, testing, and documentation.
• Commission and test integrated AV/IT systems and prepare client punch lists.
• Load, test, and edit control system code and GUIs with remote assistance as needed.
• Configure audio, video, control, DSP, and networked AV systems.
• Maintain project documentation, configuration files, and system markups.
