Job summary

Bluum is seeking a Technical Resource Manager to oversee installation and commissioning operations, guiding internal and subcontractor teams to deliver projects per proposal specifications and design. This hands-on leader will train staff, troubleshoot field issues, drive safety and quality, and ensure on-site resources and schedules keep projects on track while fostering a positive departmental culture.

Qualifications

• Two years in a supervisory role
• Five years direct experience installing A/V equipment and terminating cables
• CTS certification required within 6 months of hire
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; to be obtained within 3 months of hire
• Low Voltage License preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation teams and personnel development
• Approve timesheets and expenses; manage PTO
• Audit installation hours and material readiness
• Coordinate construction communication between GC and Bluum PMs onsite
• Ensure field teams have necessary materials and safe jobsite conditions
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to install teams on site
• Ensure equipment is installed per proposal specifications and design documents
