Qualifications

• 5+ years AV logistics, staging or event technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of camera gear, lenses and AV equipment maintenance.
• Experience with live event production workflows and gear check-in/out.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with asset tracking software and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gear inventory using warehouse systems and tracking tools.
• Manage day-to-day operations for audio/video gear across productions.
• Collaborate on gear check-in/check-out workflows with crews.
• Provide hands-on on-set support for various production roles.
• Monitor gear health and maintenance, escalating issues promptly.
