You will serve as the primary point of contact for managing inventory, streamlining technical operations, and empowering our crews to succeed. Additionally, you will provide hands-on set support when duty calls.Responsibilities:Oversee teamwide gear utilizing inventory management tools and scalable warehouse systems.Handle day-to-day operations for all audio and video gear across internal and field productions while maintaining an accurate inventory database.Collaborate with production crews on gear check-in/check-out workflows and assist with equipment assembly when necessary.Provide crew support across various production roles as required.Monitor equipment health and routine maintenance alongside production teams, resolving issues promptly across cameras, lenses, audio gear, batteries, and field recorders.Monitor industry trends in production technology and offer strategic recommendations for gear purchases or rentals.Maintain operational protocols, ensuring all procedure updates are thoroughly documented.Assist executive leadership in monitoring the functionality and standard of globally deployed remote production kits, driving continuous maintenance and hardware upgrades.Provide occasional on-site technical support and setup for executive home productions utilizing standardized kit configurations.Act as a production assistant across various support roles, including grip and electric setup, load-in/load-out, and overall set assistance.Maintain clean, safe working environments on set while proactively anticipating production requirements.Qualifications:5+ years of practical experience in AV logistics, staging, or event technology roles.Solid understanding of video equipment care, maintenance, and safe storage practices.Broad AV technical knowledge with the ability to operate gear for both cinematic shoots and live events.Comprehensive knowledge of AV technology and signal flow for live events, including video routing, audio systems, and control protocols.Deep familiarity with broadcast hardware, including live switchers, sound consoles, signal encoders, and SSD recording systems.Proven ability to operate cinema cameras, audio recording systems, and studio/location lighting.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across simultaneous projects and escalate risks appropriately.Proficiency with macOS environments, including troubleshooting and configuring peripheral USB AV gear.Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).Experience using issue-tracking or ticketing platforms like Jira.Familiarity with asset tracking software (e.g., Cheqroom).Ability to work on-site full-time while communicating effectively with remote management.Open to international travel with advance notice.Practical experience in the delicate cleaning and care of camera sensors, glass, and sensitive electronics.Proficient in the safe handling and operation of grip and lighting rigs (C-stands, combo stands, etc.).Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.JOBID: 092026-146884#LI-CELLA#LI-SS1Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
