Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV logistics, staging, or event tech roles.
• Solid knowledge of video equipment care, maintenance and safe storage.
• Broad AV tech knowledge for cinematic shoots and live events.
• Deep familiarity with broadcast hardware and live switchers.
• Proven ability to operate cinema cameras and studio lighting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gear with inventory systems and warehouse tools.
• Manage day-to-day operations for all audio/video gear across productions.
• Collaborate with crews on gear check-in/check-out workflows.
• Provide crew support across production roles as needed.
• Monitor equipment health and maintenance with production teams.
• Track industry trends and advise on gear purchases or rentals.
• Document operation protocols and update procedures.
• Support remote production kits and upgrades as needed.
• Provide on-site technical support for executive home productions.
• Assist with grip and electric setup and set logistics.
• Maintain safe, clean on-set environments.
