Pinnacle Live, LLC seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for one of Atlanta’s premier convention and hospitality destinations. You will lead front-line sales, generate SOWs and contracts, and move leads through the Catalyst Sales Process, focusing on connections, prequalification, solutions, and large-scale production sales.

The role demands strong relationship building, CRM proficiency, and a passion for delivering Gold Standard customer experiences from sales through post-event

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a customer service facing role.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a hospitality sales leadership role.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, ability to generate insights into sales activity and progress.
• Production and staging experience are preferred.
• Scenic and décor experience are preferred.
• Rigging, electrical, and exhibit experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales efforts for assigned hotel, generating SOWs and contracts.
• Move leads through Catalyst Sales Process with prequalification, quotes, and timely contract confirmations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live’s products and offerings and learn new technologies.
• Provide hotel leads with layouts, renderings, visuals, and product suggestions.
• Enter client information into CRM and drive a personalized sales strategy with funnel reporting.
• Collaborate with In-Venue Sales team and National Director of Venue Sales.
• Build strong relationships and effective communication within hotel sales and internal teams.
