Job summary

Creative Realities is seeking a Project Manager with experience in A/V installation, digital signage, or construction to manage multiple installations from planning through execution. You will forecast, plan, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and milestones.

The role requires 7+ years in installation project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across departments. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years installation project related experience.
• Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and administer installation projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and installation sub-contractors.
• Serve as first level of technical escalation for installation issues.
• Assist install managers with complex installations.
• Communicate with all stakeholders and manage project scope.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality.
