Position Overview:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
We are looking for a high-caliber AV & Collaboration Engineer. They will be a core member of the global engineering team focused on product/ technology evaluation, design, and leading deployments. They will act as a technical authority in-region driving the adoption of next generation workplace technologies while ensuring local deployments meet global standards. This is not a traditional support role – they will be a core member of the global engineering team while also leading regional deployments.
Regional escalation and technical leadership.
Serve as the tier 3 technical escalation point for regional operations and support teams resolving complex systemic issues that exceed standard troubleshooting.
Liaise with local AV integrators and vendors to ensure project delivery meets engineering specifications.
Self-starter: ability to operate independently as a remote extension of a global team maintaining high productivity across different time zones.
