Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible IT/AV experience.
• Experience leading and coordinating a Communications Technologies service team.

Responsibilities

• Support Collaboration Technologies services and solutions.
• Ensure services meet or exceed published SLA metrics.
• On-call for P1/P2 incidents outside hours; may respond at SHC locations.
• Create and maintain system/technical design and service documentation.
• Define, monitor, and report on service metrics.
• Develop innovative IT/AV solutions to business problems; simplify architectures.
• Translate technical concepts across groups and levels.
