You will lead cross‑functional teams in validating AV behaviors through simulation, closed‑course, and public‑road data, shaping launch decisions for next‑gen AD products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 8+ years in ML/engineering/data science or related field.
• 8+ years in autonomous vehicle or robotics development.
• Experience with production‑intent AV programs.
• Proven safety leadership in AV development and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for AV behavior safety engineering and safety case.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, software validation, simulation, and metrics teams.
• Define end‑to‑end AV behavior validation methodology for AI systems.
• Develop and track safety performance indicators for AV behaviors.
• Build and lead a high‑performing AV behavior safety team.
