Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management in a technical environment with direct release ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs involving software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own the release management lifecycle from planning through deployment and post-release retrospectives.
• Define and maintain release schedules considering hardware/software dependencies and customer commitments.
• Serve as the central coordination point for release activities across engineering, QA, product, and field operations.
• Drive program-level planning, tracking, and risk management across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain release governance, including branching strategies, freeze windows, and rollback procedures.
• Identify systemic risks and blockers and drive urgent resolution.
• Build and report on program and release KPIs for leadership decisions on scope and schedule.
• Translate roadmap priorities into executable delivery plans with product and engineering leadership.
• Lead cross-functional release readiness reviews and customer rollout sequencing.
