Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Senior Technician in Fort Worth to perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, building customer trust through reliable service.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and communicate with Parts and Service Advisors, while maintaining tool inventories and staying current with OEM training and bulletins to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Automotive technical training or certification is preferred.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair/maintenance as per repair order and standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety/reliability improvements.
• Document all work on the repair order and maintain tool inventories.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in OEM training.
