AutoNation is seeking a Senior Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, while building customer trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Automotive technical training (varies by store).
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order in line with dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document work performed on each vehicle and maintain tools inventory as needed.
• Stay updated with factory Bulletins and training.
