Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician preferred.
• Automotive technical training may vary by store and is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealer/factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose root cause of malfunctions and perform repairs if authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommendations to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document all work on the repair order and maintain tool inventory as needed.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes.
