Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician in Texas to diagnose drivability and electrical issues, lead a small team, and mentor technicians toward delivering superior customer care.

The role offers a performance-based flat-rate pay model, opportunities for ASE certifications, and comprehensive benefits. You must hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate strong communication of technical information.

Qualifications

• Brakes and hydraulics systems expertise.
• Tire repair and general automotive maintenance.
• Ability to explain diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications on brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Keep up with automotive tech through ongoing training and certifications.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests funded by the company.
