Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Texas seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer care. The role features a flat-rate pay model and a pay range of $19.57–$31.15 per hour, with training and ASE certifications supported by the company.

You will mentor technicians, stay current with automotive tech, and contribute to a safe, high-quality service environment across our stores in the region.

Qualifications

• Must have brakes and hydraulics systems skills.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Read, write and perform basic math.
• Driver's license required; able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Willingness to stay current with automotive technology through training.
• A.S.E. certifications within two years (A1–A8) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain findings and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications; company covers test/fees and may pay bonus for tests.
