Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team to deliver high-quality customer care. The role offers a flat-rate pay model and competitive benefits across our North American stores.

You will stay current with evolving automotive tech through paid training and have opportunities for ASE certifications, aligning with our commitment to skilled, safe service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes/hydraulics and/or steering & suspension/alignments.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel systems, electrical, suspension/alignments, A/C and engine controls.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Participate in ongoing formal paid training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests/fees covered by the company; bonus for each passed.
