Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring skills to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction.

Pay is flat-rate per task; range shown is $19.57–$31.63 per hour. BSRO provides training, benefits, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications, with eligibility for daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes, hydraulics, steering and alignment.
• Able to communicate technical info to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid training.
• Mentor technicians and assist with technical activities.
