Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. Pay range is $18.54 - $31.63 per hour with a flat-rate incentive model.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Brakes/hydraulics or steering/suspension-and-alignment experience required.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair skills.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in plain language.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train junior technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests and fees reimbursed.
