Job summary
Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading and mentoring a team to enhance customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $18.54–$30.85 per hour and paid formal training opportunities.

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license at all times.
- Experience with brakes, hydraulics, steering or suspension and alignments.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
- Reading, writing and math skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair to specifications: brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
- Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
- Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
- Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
- Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within the first two years of employment.
