Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Moon Township, PA is seeking an Automotive Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading and mentoring a shop team toward improved customer care.

You will stay current with evolving automotive tech through paid training, pursue ASE certifications, and contribute to a collaborative, safety‑focused work environment with competitive benefits and daily pay options. The role offers a pay range of $19.57 to $31.12 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience with brakes/hydraulics and/or steering/suspension.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• ASE certifications in A1–A8 preferred (L1 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications within the first two years of employment.
