Qualifications

• Experience with brakes and hydraulics systems, steering and suspension.
• Ability to explain diagnoses to non-technical people.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years with company-supported costs.
