Job summary
Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership and mentoring to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. The role offers a pay range of $20.60 - $30.85 per hour with a flat-rate pay model reflecting task-based earnings in this region.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
- Skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
- General automotive maintenance and tire repair experience.
- Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical people.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
- Stay current with evolving automotive tech through ongoing paid training.
- Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
- Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by the company; bonus for each passed.
