Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations in Moon Township. You will diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor teammates, and deliver high-quality service. The role includes ongoing training, certification goals, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The position offers a flat-rate pay model, competitive benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification advancement within two years of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years (tests and fees paid by company).
• Strong knowledge of brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, and alignments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, suspension, and HVAC systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Maintain ASE certifications and contribute to team performance.
