Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward enhanced customer care. A $1,750 sign-on bonus is available for first-time hires, with pay range $20.60–$33.47 per hour based on region and experience.

The role emphasizes training, certification, and providing top-tier service while mentoring junior technicians in a dynamic retail automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid automobile drivers license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 3 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent
• Completion of Vocational-Technical School Program; ASE certification(s) preferred or in progress within 2 years

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers in clear terms.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1A0– A8 within the first two years of employment.
