Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team toward higher customer care. You will lead diagnostics, repair work, and on-the-job training to develop technicians in a fast-paced shop.

The role offers a $1,750 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, a pay range of $22.66–$33.47 per hour, and a performance-based flat-rate pay model reflecting task-based earnings. Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license at all times.
• Experience with brakes & hydraulics or steering/suspension.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal/state/local certification where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians and apprentices; pursue ASE certifications.
