Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care. The role offers a performance-based flat-rate pay model with a $2000 sign-on bonus and regional earning potential reflecting workload and experience.

Qualified technicians will diagnose, repair, and explain issues to customers, while continuously training to stay current with automotive technology and earning ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes/hydraulics or steering & suspension.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through continuous paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue A.S.E. certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests/fees paid by company; bonuses for tests passed.
