Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Evansville, IN seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a service team, and drive customer satisfaction. The role features a flat-rate pay model with potential ASE certification bonuses and ongoing training.

You will diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, A/C and electrical systems, mentor junior technicians, and pursue ASE certificates within two years with company-paid fees.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in brakes and hydraulics.
• Ability to explain repairs to customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within first two years of employment (fees paid by company).
