Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team, and drive customer care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Maintain current ASE certifications or pursue within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, electrical, suspension, A/C and engine systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Train and assist technicians in performing technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within first two years (fees paid by company; bonus for tests).
