Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentoring a team to boost customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership while maintaining high technical standards.

Pay range reflects regional standards; includes a performance-based flat-rate model and ongoing paid formal training. Eligible for benefits and professional ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes/hydraulics and/or steering & suspension/alignments.
• Proficient in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnostics and repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; company covers tests/fees.
