Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward improved customer care. The role emphasizes mentorship, training, and maintaining up-to-date ASE certifications.

Eligible candidates will diagnose, repair, and explain complex issues to customers, while continuing education and training are supported by the company. A strong focus on safety and quality is expected in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Aim to obtain/maintain ASE licenses (A1–A8) within two years; test fees paid by company; bonus for tests.
