Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a technician team, and mentor peers. The role emphasizes accurate repairs, clear communication with customers, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in brakes, hydraulics, steering, suspension, alignments preferred.
• Ability to read and explain technical information to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers in understandable terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and mentor technicians; pursue ASE certifications (funded by the company).
