Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team toward improved customer care and satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced auto-service environment.

The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and explain complex systems to customers, participate in ongoing training, and maintain ASE certifications as part of career development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes and hydraulics, steering & suspension.
• Experience with automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical info to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
