Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team toward higher customer care. The role involves mentoring teammates, ongoing training, and delivering quality service across our network.

You will work under a performance-based pay model, pursue ASE certifications, and contribute to a safe, efficient customer experience that reflects Bridgestone's commitment to superior quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with brakes, hydraulics and steering systems.
• Proficient in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company-paid tests.
