Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and deliver high-quality customer care. The role requires extensive auto repair knowledge, ASE certifications, and a commitment to ongoing training.

You will explain complex repairs to customers, stay updated on new automotive tech, and participate in a performance-based pay model that rewards efficiency and expertise.

Qualifications

• 3 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical program.
• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 acceptable).
• Ability to explain technical repairs to non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in clear terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians; pursue ASE certifications within two years.
