Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical issues, lead a team, and mentor junior technicians. The role emphasizes customer care, safety, and high-quality workmanship within a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company and bonuses awarded for passes.
