Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to lead a team toward higher customer satisfaction. You will be mentored and exposed to continuous paid formal training while contributing to service quality and efficiency. Eligibility requires ASE certifications and a valid driver's license.

You will work in a dynamic service environment with opportunities for career growth, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Proficient in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C, and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical stakeholders.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; test fees paid by company.
