Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, lead a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. A $1750 sign-on bonus is offered for first-time hires, with a pay range of $23.00 to $40.01 per hour.

The role uses a flat-rate pay model rewarding efficiency and quality, with pay reflecting regional work and individual performance. Compliance with minimum wage laws is ensured.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
