Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to deliver outstanding customer care.

This Denver-area role offers a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $22.66–$35.52 per hour and opportunities for ASE certifications, ongoing training, and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Strong brakes and hydraulics, steering, suspension and alignments skills.
• Proficient in general automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least three of A1–A8 within two years (fees paid by company).
