Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Develop and grow Professional Customer relationships and action plans.
• Hire, coach, and manage store team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on duty responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Drive DIY and professional service initiatives.
• Review and analyze P&L and store performance.
