Job summary

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking an Automotive Shop Foreman NOVA to lead the production department, mentor technicians, and drive efficiency. You will oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring top service quality and adherence to Virginia Tire & Auto standards.

Responsibilities include hands-on repairs, staff training, and using data to improve profitability and customer experience. A strong automotive background and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience, automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-tasking retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn internal software applications.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production department to maximize store production and customer experience.
• Train technicians on oil changes and other services including tires and maintenance.
• Grow the production team with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
• Drive sales and profitability by reviewing reports and utilizing information tools.
• Perform repairs from oil changes to engine work and ensure quality on every repair order.
