Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical education recommended.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance.
• Assist drivers in locating suitable repair locations.
• Document maintenance and repair events accurately.
• Verify repairs are necessary and fairly priced.
• Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles as needed.
• Document cost savings and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain monthly metrics at or above goals.
• Support team and contribute to positive morale.
