Job summary

The role involves assisting drivers with emergency roadside service, locating repair options, documenting maintenance events, and ensuring repairs are necessary and fairly priced.

We seek individuals with a High School Diploma, vocational or technical training, basic MS Office skills, and 10–15

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Vocational or Technical education recommended.
• ASE Certification in 3-7 car, or 3-6 truck repair categories is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance.
• Assist drivers in locating suitable repair locations.
• Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events.
• Verify that all repair and maintenance work is necessary and done at a fair price.
• Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles as necessary.
• Maintain monthly metrics at or above established goals.
• Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
• Complete transactions with accuracy while providing high-quality service.

Skills

Typing 20-25 WPM

Basic Microsoft Office

Automotive repair experience

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Vocational or Technical education recommended

ASE Certification in 3-7 car/3-6 truck categories
